24 hour Cancellation Policy

All cancelled and rescheduled appointments require 24 hours notice; otherwise a cancellation charge is incurred. Cancellations and appointment changes can be made by telephone only.

Missed Appointments
Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment rate.

Fee Payment
A credit/debit/switch facility is not available; therefore all payments must be made by cash or cheque at the end of each treatment.

Appointments
Initial consultations are 1 hour long and include an acupuncture treatment. All follow up sessions are between 45-60 minutes.

Time Management
All appointments have an allocated time slot. Late arrivals will therefore have a reduced treatment time and the treatment fee will remain unchanged.

Privacy Policy
All patient information and records are stored in accordance with Data Protection Laws
